1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless context requires otherwise:

• "tk99o", "we", "us", or "the Platform" refers to the tk99o online betting and casino service accessible at tk99o.io and any associated mobile or web applications.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who registers for, accesses, or uses the tk99o platform.
• "Account" means the individual account created by a Player upon successful registration with tk99o.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Player's Account, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet allocations, or bonus amounts credited to an Account that are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By registering an Account with tk99o, by logging in to an existing Account, or by placing any bet or wager through the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and tk99o in relation to your use of the Platform. They supersede all prior agreements, representations, warranties, or understandings of any kind, whether oral or written, relating to the same subject matter.

tk99o reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, reasonable notice will be provided via email or on-platform notification. Continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

3 Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account and use the tk99o Platform. This age restriction applies without exception. tk99o takes underage gambling extremely seriously. If we have reason to believe a Player is under 21, the Account will be suspended immediately pending age verification. Any winnings accrued during a period of underage use will be forfeited.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility

The tk99o Platform is designed and intended for use by players located in Bangladesh. You are responsible for ensuring that accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. tk99o makes no representations as to the legality of the Services in any jurisdiction outside Bangladesh.

3.3 Capacity

By accepting these Terms, you confirm that you have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, court-imposed restriction, or any other limitation that would prevent you from lawfully engaging in online betting or gaming activities.

3.4 One Account Rule

Each individual player is entitled to hold a single Account with tk99o. Registration of duplicate Accounts — whether using different names, different payment methods, different device identifiers, or different email addresses — is strictly prohibited. Duplicate Accounts will be closed and any Balances held may be forfeited at tk99o's discretion.

4 Account Registration

4.1 Registration Information

To register an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. Providing false or misleading registration information is a violation of these Terms and grounds for immediate Account closure.

4.2 Verification

tk99o may, at any time and at its sole discretion, require you to provide documentation to verify your identity, age, residential address, or payment method ownership. Acceptable documents include but are not limited to: National Identity Card (NID), passport, driver's licence, or a recent utility bill issued in Bangladesh. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the requested timeframe may result in Account suspension and delay of any pending withdrawals.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. tk99o will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to safeguard your login details. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify the tk99o support team immediately at [email protected].

4.4 Account Closure by Player

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting tk99o support. Any real-money Balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered Payment Method following completion of any applicable verification checks. Bonus Funds that have not met the required wagering threshold at the time of closure will not be returned.

5 Deposits and Payments

5.1 Supported Payment Methods

tk99o currently supports deposits via the following Payment Methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank. All Account Balances are held and transacted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). There is no currency conversion applied at the point of deposit or withdrawal.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Deposits

Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable maximum deposit thresholds are displayed at the point of transaction within the tk99o platform. These limits may vary by Payment Method and may be updated from time to time. Players with questions about their specific deposit limits should contact the support team.

5.3 Deposit Processing Times

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically processed and credited to the player's Account Balance within sixty seconds of transaction confirmation. Deposits made via bank transfer through Dutch-Bangla Bank or BRAC Bank may take longer to process depending on the bank's own processing schedule. tk99o is not responsible for delays attributable to third-party payment processors.

5.4 Own Funds Requirement

You must only deposit funds that belong to you. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or depositing funds obtained through fraudulent or unlawful means, is strictly prohibited and will result in Account closure and referral to the appropriate authorities where required.

6 Withdrawals

6.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

Withdrawals may only be requested to a Payment Method that has been previously used to deposit into the same Account. This requirement exists to prevent money laundering and to ensure that funds are returned to their source. tk99o reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.

6.2 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within one to three business days of submission, subject to satisfactory completion of any applicable verification requirements. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required. tk99o is not liable for delays attributable to the receiving Payment Method provider.

6.3 Minimum Withdrawal Amount

Minimum withdrawal thresholds are displayed within the withdrawal section of the tk99o platform. Withdrawals below the minimum threshold will not be processed. Players may consolidate smaller balances to meet the minimum threshold before requesting a withdrawal.

6.4 Withdrawal of Bonus Funds

Bonus Funds and any winnings generated from Bonus Funds may only be withdrawn once the applicable wagering requirements have been met in full. Attempts to withdraw Bonus Funds prior to meeting wagering requirements will result in those Bonus Funds being removed from the Account Balance.

7 Bonuses and Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All promotional offers made available by tk99o — including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, free bet credits, and cashback offers — are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements attached to each individual promotion. In all cases, a player must have a fully verified Account to claim a bonus.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Where a wagering requirement is specified for a bonus, the player must wager the specified multiple of the bonus amount (or the bonus plus deposit amount, as stated in the specific promotion's terms) before any resulting Balance may be withdrawn. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games and sports bets may contribute at a lower percentage as specified in the individual promotion's terms.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

tk99o monitors all Account activity for signs of bonus abuse. Where bonus abuse is identified, tk99o reserves the right to void the associated bonus and any winnings derived from it.

7.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions

tk99o reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time and without prior notice. This right shall not affect any bonus already credited to a player's Account prior to the modification or withdrawal of the promotion.

8 Betting and Gaming Rules

8.1 Game Rules

Each game and betting market available on the tk99o platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game itself or within the relevant betting market section. It is the player's responsibility to read and understand the applicable rules before placing a bet or wager.

8.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake amounts apply to all betting markets and casino games. These limits are displayed at the point of wagering. tk99o reserves the right to adjust stake limits for individual players or across the platform at any time.

8.3 Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or manifest pricing error affecting any game or betting market, tk99o reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the relevant players. tk99o's decision in relation to any disputed bet outcome arising from a technical error is final. The principle "pays in error, collected in error" applies — no payment obligation arises from an obvious error.

8.4 Cricket Betting Specific Rules

Cricket betting markets at tk99o cover Bangladesh Premier League (BPL), international Bangladesh Tigers fixtures, IPL, ICC World Cup events, and other scheduled cricket competitions. Pre-match markets will be settled in accordance with the official match result as declared by the relevant governing body. In-play markets are settled on the basis of live data and are subject to the real-time rules displayed within each market.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tk99o platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms. Engaging in any Prohibited Conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent Account closure, forfeiture of Balance, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, or registering an Account in another person's name.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal or fraudulent activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the tk99o platform for financial gain.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or place bets.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corruption of sporting events covered by tk99o betting markets.
• Colluding with other players in live casino or card game settings to gain an unfair advantage.
• Laundering money or using the tk99o platform for any purpose connected to financial crime.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by law.
• Attempting to abuse or circumvent any bonus or promotional offer.

10 Responsible Gaming

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the tk99o platform — including but not limited to the tk99o brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, software, game interfaces, data feeds, and audio-visual elements — is the intellectual property of tk99o or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, transmit, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of tk99o.

12 Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms shall limit tk99o's liability for: death or personal injury caused by tk99o's negligence; fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by tk99o; or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

The tk99o Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. tk99o makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform, and does not guarantee that the Platform will be free from viruses or other harmful components.

13 Privacy and Data

tk99o collects, processes, stores, and uses personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Player data is used for the purposes of Account management, identity and age verification, fraud prevention, payment processing, customer support, and where applicable, marketing communications to which you have opted in. tk99o will not sell your personal data to unrelated third parties.

14 Amendments to These Terms

If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 4.4 of these Terms.

15 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which tk99o operates.
